Are you Realtors® who just want to list my house?
We are not looking for a listing. We are buyers of houses and are interested in buying yours. If an offer which is not acceptable to you cannot be reached, then we will put you in contact with someone who can list your home. But please remember, listing your house will not necessarily get you a solution in a timely manner.
What kind of houses do you buy?
We buy houses in any area, condition or price range. We have purchased hewer homes in new subdivisions, to the historic homes in the downtown areas. We will evaluate your house and offer you a price based on its current condition.
What do you mean by “any condition”? What if my house needs repairs?
We will buy your house as-is! You will not have to do any repairs! This will save you the hassle of having to deal with contractors, the expense involved, and the time it takes to do the repairs.
What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?
Yes, if you contact us, we may be able to help catch up your back payments and stop the foreclosure process. If you are behind on payments, and have been contacted by your bank, than it is important for you to contact us right away to find an appropriate solution.
What do you charge for your services?
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
